Watering is still the most important task for this month, but the fertilizer can be reduced from now on. I would strongly recommend using low or nitrogen-free fertilizer such as tomato food.
Keep an eye on the wired trees as the most of the thickening tends to happen this time of the year. If the wire starts to bite into the bark, remove it as soon as possible. Be extra careful with pine trees as the wire mark takes a long time to heal.
