Your trees should be pushing out new leaves and growing health. You should continue with the fertilizing routine to feed the new leaves with nutrients.
DO NOT OVERFEED YOUR TREES. OVERDOSING THE PLANT FOOD CAN BURN THE ROOTS.
Regular watering in the growing season is essential. Make sure you check the soil of your trees and water them once or twice a day(depends on the size of the pot) preferably early morning and/or in the evening. By watering your trees in the evening or early morning the sun won’t damage the leaves (The small water drops act like a magnifier glass on the leaves) and the roots have more time to absorb the moist and the nutrients from the soil.
Air-layering on deciduous trees can be carried out from mid-May until the end of July.
To create a dens ramification on your deciduous tree, long shoots should be pinched or cut back to encourage back budding
